Founded by Jerry Daniels a head-hunter with 15 years’ experience of working with digital clients within the corporate and start-up world. There is real depth of expertise in advising senior management leadership teams on how to build their capabilities to meet the digital challenges of the future.

We have proven experience advising high growth businesses on their next phase of non-exec and executive development and growth. Factoring in specialist researchers according to expertise acquired from over 20 years headhunting experience our teams can expand and contract according to the needs of our clients projects.

We have experience of placing candidates and working with clients in US, Germany, France, Australia, Spain. This is key to our ability to be flexible to client’s needs.

We do not have expensive offices nor do we retain highly paid staff, our aim is to keep fixed cost to a minimum to ensure we can work with new and emerging digital businesses. Whilst serving those who have real opportunity to grow to the next phase of their development through hiring the right ‘digitally informed’ leadership talent.

Our experience is founded on working with digital start up / high growth clients and corporate clients looking to deliver growth, by connecting with the right digital talent to innovate and disrupt. We have networks across the UK and the European digital startup and corporate landscape. Supplemented by mentoring at TechStars, judging with MassChallenge, active advocacy at TLA, panels selection @ London Innovators and many direct entrepreneur relationships.

Jerry Daniels Initially a head-hunter with 15 years’ experience of working with digital clients within the corporate world, sitting on the board of a medium sized international head-hunter, Jerry left this environment in 2013. Seeing the significant digital innovations being delivered in the start-up world he formed D&DC to deliver talent and other connections to this world. To learn the ropes and walk in the shoes of true entrepreneurs Jerry mentors @TechStars & Start-up Next, judges @MassChallenge and helps @LondonInnovators. This enables him to work a lot with pre series A companies with talent & connection challenges, helping them through series A and beyond. Bringing real depth of expertise in growing senior management leadership teams and helping digital companies scaling through A,B,C & D rounds hire & retain the right leadership talent.

Tom Crowfoot A research expert with 20 years’ experience in executive search who also leads our technology and operations. A former Army Officer, Tom has executed numerous senior-level appointments and market intelligence mandates for a broad range of clients from start-ups to multi-nationals.

Joy Lacdao A highly motivated and energetic coordinator with over 11 years experience who possesses excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively on all levels within an organisation. Can participate effectively into teamwork and highly capable of working on own initiative when required. A flexible individual who enjoys the challenges of meeting deadlines and targets.
